SIBA Testing Services (STS), on behalf of the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications from females only for the post of Early Childhood Teacher BPS-15 (school specific). Eligible applicants must have a domicile of the concerned districts and be permanently residing in Sindh province. This position is initially on temporary basis, but is likely to be confirmed based on performance in the future. The required qualifications, age, residence, and other criteria are as follows:

1) BS (Education)/ B.Ed. having at least 2nd division or equivalent from a HEC recognized University,

ii) Associate Degree in Education (ADE) at least 2nd Division or equivalent from a HEC recognized university having minimum one year Diploma in Early Childhood Education /Kindergarten /Montessori accredited with STEDA.

GUIDELINES TO APPLY

1. Interested candidates should submit an online application at the SIBA Testing Services (STS) Portal against the position at apply.sts.net.pk (No manual form will be accepted).

2. Candidates are required to upload CNIC (front and back side), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, one recent photograph, and all acadernic documents with percentage/marks certificate, of the university concerned, or any certification and license if required, on the portal when applying online. Note: Completion of degrees is mandatory. Appearance certificate will not be accepted.

3. The nature of disability will be determined based on the CNIC Issued by NADRA, featuring "Wheel Chair" logo OR a disability certificate issued by DEPD. Applicants with disabilities are eligible to apply only if they are fit for teaching l.e., able to read, speak, write, and use a blackboard.

4. The applicants should apply for the post of ECT BPS-15 (school basis), subject to the availability of vacancies in the concerned UC. The candidates from only identified UCs shall be eligible to apply. The school-wise vacancy positions are also displayed on the official website of School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD).

5. Statutory quotas will be maintained as per applicable Rules and Policy (l.e. Minority, Disable etc.) of Government of Sindh.

6. After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs.1500/= (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via the MyABL App. Alternatively, candidates may use the 18ill reference number to pay through the Internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank. (This fee is non-refundable).

7.Married female candidates must apply using their updated CNIC (reflecting their husband's name after marriage), Domicile, PRC (Form-D) of themselves as well as their husband, and registered Nikah Nama/Marriage Certificate, which must be uploaded on the STS portal before the closing date of the advertisement.

8. All relevant documents must be issued on or prior the closing date. Eligibility criteria regarding age, qualifications, and domicile will be determined as of the advertisement's last date. The submitted domicile and PRC-D with the application shall be considered as final. No change will be entertained, thereafter, on any account whatsoever. Incomplete applications and documents shall not be entertained/processed after the closing date.

9.Providing fictitious, exaggerated or misleading information shall result in rejection of application and termination of employment at any stage.

10.Passing the written/objective test alone, shall not guarantee the job. The applicant shall have to fulfil all other terms and conditions as per recruitment policy-2021 notified vide Letter No. 50 (GA) SELD (Recruit/Policy)/2021, dated: February 24,2021.

11.The SE&LD reserves the right to add, delete, or re-allocate vacancy position of ECT (BPS-15).

12.General age relaxation shall be applicable as per the Government of Sindh rules.

13.The candidates already in Government Service fulfilling the condition of eligibility criteria can also apply through the proper channel.

14. Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application form and avoid mentioning numbers converted to any other network.
