Job Openings and Details

1. General Duty Pilot (GD) – Permanent Commission

• Age: 16 to 22 years (as of 15 October 2025)
• Gender: Male
• Qualifications: FSc (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, or Computer Science) with at least 65% marks or A-levels with Physics, Mathematics, and Biology/Computer Science
• Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm)

2. Aeronautical Engineering Course – Permanent Commission

• Age: 16 to 22 years (as of 15 October 2025)
• Gender: Male
• Qualifications: FSc (Pre-Engineering) with at least 65% marks or A-levels in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm)

3. Admin & Special Duties Course (34 ADC) – Permanent Commission

• Age: 16 to 22 years (as of 15 October 2025)
• Qualifications: FSc or A-levels with Physics, Maths, Computer Science, or Biology
• Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm)

4. Logistics Course – Permanent Commission

• Age: 16 to 22 years (as of 15 October 2025)
• Qualifications: FSc (Pre-Engineering or Computer Science) with at least 65% marks
• Training Period: 4 Years

5. GD Pilot (Supplementary Course) – Short Service Commission (SSC)

• Age: 21 to 23 years (as of 15 October 2025)
• Qualifications: BS in Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
• Training Period: 24 weeks

6. Education Branch – Short Service Commission (SSC)

• Age: 21 to 30 years (as of 15 October 2025)
• Qualifications: Master’s degree (MSc/MS) in Computer Science, English, Mathematics, or related fields
• Training Period: 24 weeks

7. JAG (Legal Branch) – Short Service Commission (SSC)

• Age: 21 to 30 years (as of 15 October 2025)
• Qualifications: LLB from an HEC-recognized university with at least a 2.5 CGPA
• Training Period: 24 weeks

8. Accounts Branch (135 CSC SSC)

• Age: 21 to 30 years (as of 15 October 2025)
• Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), ACCA, or equivalent
• Training Period: 24 weeks

Eligibility Requirements

• Nationality: Pakistani males and females are eligible to apply.
• Marital Status: Varies per position; most require unmarried candidates.
• Vision: 6/6 without glasses (for pilot roles)
• Medical Fitness: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit.
• Academic Standards: At least 65% aggregate in relevant fields of education.

Application Process

1. Online Registration: Visit the official PAF website www.joinpaf.gov.pk and complete the registration form between 3 February 2025 and 16 February 2025.
2. Document Requirements: Upload a copy of your CNIC (NADRA Smart Card), recent passport-size photographs, and academic certificates.
3. Selection Tests: Written tests will be conducted at PAF selection centers across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Faisalabad.
4. Physical and Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates must pass physical fitness and medical tests.
5. Final Selection: Based on the overall merit and performance in the tests.
